Fixes for a couple of parameter names and the addition of the get all campaign function.

This release includes a number of fixes provider by Neil with regards to bulk uploading of contact details

Includes further support for the majority of the basic functionality, and fixes for some code.

Also thanks to nwjlyons for his help and suggestion as to small improvements which could make it more helpful when bulk uploading contacts.
