Daemoncmd

- Include `__version__` in daemoncmd.py module.
- Replace `bin/daemoncmd` with a setuptools `console_scripts` entry point.
- Update tests to reflect that the CLI main function has moved from
`bin/daemoncmd` to `daemoncmd.py`.
- Add this change log.
