More bugfixes than you can shake a pizza oven at.

- Minor changes in parameters
- ``img_multiscale_scales``: default setting now defers to WSClean to pick its multiscale deconvolution scales automatically (previous default would force scales of 0, 5, 10, 20).
- ``mem_frac``: Default memory fraction used by Crystalball in selfcal worker default value changed to 0.05 from 0.45.
- Default MeerKAT RFI mask renamed to ``meerkat.rfimask.npy``. Old filename retained as a symlink for compatibility.
- Minor enhancements:
- Added ``caratekit.sh`` options to flexibly handle Singularity and Stimela pullfolder, cache, localcache, and tmp directories
- Reinstated Jenkinstest for Singularity
- Secondary calibrator cross-calibration scheme in MeerKAT configuration now transfers fluxscale to the secondary calibrator.
- Bugfixes:
- Eliminated warnings about yaml loader not being specified
- Switched to WSClean 2.9 throughout (see also above)
- Regridding issue fixed for SoFiA masking in selfcal worker.
- Radiopadre no longer tries to update its images when invoked to render reports.

Changed default multiscale settings to something sensible.
