* `64`_: Fixing ``cache_page`` decorator and splitting the
``CacheFlavourMiddleware`` into two middlewares. This follows the same
strategy as Django did since quite a while. Please see `64`_ for more
details about why this is necessary.

If you are using ``CacheFlavourMiddleware``, you need to replace it now with
``FetchFromCacheFlavourMiddleware`` and ``UpdateCacheMiddleware``. Please
consolidate the README for more information.
