Several issued bugs are patched.
- The CLI documents for --scanid and --recoid has updated to be more readable. (3)
- The CLI error message will indicate the issue if the wrong scan id or reco id has been used. (5)
- Add option to ignore rescaling '--ignore-rescale' (7)
- the BIDS sheets will have default modality value for DTI image as 'dwi' (8)
- the bvec has 3 rows instead of 3 columns according to BIDS guideline (8)
- The issue related to the animal position is corrected. (9)

Release candidate

Update notes:
1. Improved BIDS converter.
- Bruker FieldMap will be accommodated into the BIDS excel sheets. With the new features, bids_converter separates fieldmap and magnitude image.
- Multi-echo sequenced data will be separated when converting according to the BIDS guideline.
2. Bug patches.
- GUI visualization or crash issues related to certain conditions are patched.
- Matrix size instability has been patched, except multi-echo, all data will be converted to 3D + frame
- DTI slope correction issue is patched.

0.3.1 is removed from the list due to its instability, please upgrade a brkraw module to prevent any affection on your study.

First stable release, this version including python API, converter, BIDS tools, GUI, and data management tool
