Async-connect.py

This version has some minor fixes

This version has the following changes:
* Added `connect.iterators`
* Changed `connect.Release.tracks`, `connect.Playlist.tracks` and `connect.Artist.releases` to be an asynchronous iterators
* Changed `connect.Client.browse_filters` to `connect.Client.get_browse_filters`
* Performance improvements:tm:
