After learnings and practices with [setuptools][1] packaging facilities, [Github Actions][2] deployment workflow and [PyPI][3] distribution environment, ArgCompile lib includes the process and structure organization desired for its first [Alpha][4] release, reaching its main purpose that was the learning of all this Python Package Build, Deployment and Distribution Workflow
