* Rework of notifications to reduce spam by grouping all messages together per update. Examples Below.
* Added Ability to enable and disable notifications for each stage of a secure groups cycle at a group level

New Notifications
Everything is grouped to reduce spam, especially when an auth has lots of sec groups with the same filters.
